Passive Voice คือหนึ่งในแกรมมาร์ที่ TOEIC ออกบ่อยที่สุด เพราะข้อสอบชอบพูดถึงเอกสาร สินค้า พัสดุ การประชุม ระบบ เว็บไซต์ และประกาศที่ "ถูกทำอะไรบางอย่าง"

Active Voice คืออะไร
Active Voice คือประโยคที่ประธานเป็นคนหรือสิ่งที่ทำการกระทำเอง
โครงสร้าง:
Subject + Verb + Object
คนทำ + ทำอะไร + สิ่งที่ถูกทำตัวอย่าง:
The manager approved the request.
ผู้จัดการอนุมัติคำขอแยกโครงสร้าง:
The manager = คนทำ
approved = อนุมัติ
the request = สิ่งที่ถูกอนุมัติตัวอย่างเพิ่ม:
The technician repaired the printer.

Active = เน้นคนทำ
Passive = เน้นสิ่งที่ถูกทำใน TOEIC มักใช้ passive เพราะหลายครั้งไม่สำคัญว่าใครเป็นคนทำ สิ่งสำคัญคือสถานะของเอกสาร พัสดุ หรือการประชุม
